Seeking 2x SAP EWM Consultants

Operational and practical support during the hypercare phase after SAP EWM go-live, to stabilize warehouse processes, quickly resolve disruptions, and ensure shipping readiness.

Responsibilities

Framework Conditions

• First-level support directly on the shop floor for SAP EWM users in warehouse and logistics processes.
• Analysis, investigation, and resolution of SAP EWM-related incidents and operational disruptions in collaboration with the central support team.
• Support of goods receipt, intralogistics, and goods issue processes to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Monitoring and active control of operational warehouse activities, including putaway, picking, staging, packing, and shipping.
• Support of end-users with process execution, transaction processing, and troubleshooting directly in warehouse operations.
• Escalation of critical issues, documentation of findings, and follow-up until complete resolution.
• Performing data validations and corrective actions to resolve inventory, storage location, and count discrepancies.
• Support with shipping preparation and processing to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Recording recurring issues, performing root cause analyses, and contributing to sustainable corrective and optimization measures.
• Interface function between warehouse operations, business departments, key users, and the SAP EWM support organization for rapid problem-solving and sustainable operational stabilization.
