We are currently looking for a 3rd Level Administrator with a focus on WINSolvenz (m/f/d) for a client.

We would like to introduce the project to you:

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility for 3rd-level support and technical responsibility for:

Further activities:

• WINSolvenz (must have)
• central focus
• STP1 (Karlsruhe location, must have)
• LEXolution / Documents (must have)
• Finding solutions for complex software errors beyond 2nd level
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination of changes & releases
• Adjustments, updates, and further development of WINSolvenz systems
• Ensuring data integrity of connected systems
• SQL Server administration (incl. performance optimization, backups & recovery)
• Interface management between WINSolvenz, business departments, and IT
• Ensuring stable operation of all business-critical systems in 3rd-level support
• Administration and optimization of the infrastructure with a focus on:
• Microsoft 365 (E5) incl. Microsoft Intune
• Azure (local & cloud)
• Citrix administration
• HP Aruba (network administration)
• Fortinet Firewall (Security)
• Support of continuous growth within the 3rd-level model

• Must-have: In-depth experience with WINSolvenz (in 3rd-level) and LEXolution / Documents
• Experience in analyzing complex software errors and their sustainable resolution
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix environments (M365 E5, Azure, Intune, Citrix)
• Network and security know-how (HP Aruba, Fortinet Firewall)
• Analytical skills, structured way of working, and high solution orientation
• Experience with DATEV is an advantage
