We are looking for a Rollout Manager for the introduction and scaling of SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) in a manufacturing and maintenance environment. The focus is on managing site-specific rollouts from preparation through go-live to the hypercare phase and operational handover.

• Planning and management of SAP DM rollouts across all project phases up to stabilization after go-live
• Creation and maintenance of rollout roadmaps, including schedule, resource, and milestone planning
• Alignment of rollout goals, project scope, and acceptance criteria with business departments, production, maintenance, IT, and management
• Coordination of local project organizations, key users, and subject matter experts
• Analysis of manufacturing and maintenance processes and execution of Fit-to-Standard assessments
• Collection, documentation, and prioritization of business and technical requirements
• Identification, assessment, and tracking of project risks and dependencies
• Preparation and moderation of governance meetings, status updates, and steering committees
• Creation of management reports and action plans for deviations in schedule, quality, or resources
• Planning and coordination of change, communication, and training measures
• Ensuring readiness in the areas of processes, master data, infrastructure, and shop floor hardware
• Coordination of integration, system, performance, and user acceptance tests
• Creation and alignment of cutover, go-live, hypercare, and rollback concepts
• Support during go-live and commissioning, as well as handover to operations, support, and line organization
• Moderation of business, technical, and organizational alignments between involved departments
• Up to 3 years of experience in planning and implementing site-specific software rollouts from preparation to stabilization after go-live
• More than 5 years of experience in planning and managing project schedules within a software implementation or transformation project
• More than 3 years of experience in identifying, assessing, and tracking project risks within a software rollout or implementation project
• More than 3 years of experience in moderating cross-departmental alignments between production, maintenance, IT, and management
• More than 3 years of experience with software rollouts in production-related environments
• More than 3 years of experience in designing change measures for the introduction of digital working methods in production or maintenance
• More than 3 years of experience in analyzing manufacturing or maintenance processes
• More than 3 years of experience with SAP ERP processes, especially SAP Digital Manufacturing and SAP ERP, in a production-related environment
• More than 3 years of experience in evaluating production-relevant master data for digital manufacturing processes
• More than 3 years of experience in the structured involvement of relevant stakeholders in software rollouts
• More than 3 years of experience in preparing and supporting go-lives, including business testing activities
• More than 3 years of experience in collecting business requirements for SAP-based target processes
