For a medium-sized company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) with in-depth knowledge of proALPHA to provide operational support for financial accounting.

Due to personnel bottlenecks, our client urgently needs support in day-to-day operations. The goal is to clear existing invoice backlogs and ensure timely processing of ongoing accounts payable.

Responsibilities

Independent review, account assignment, and booking of incoming invoices

Processing and clarification of open accounts payable items

Clearing existing invoice backlogs

Ensuring timely invoice processing, taking into account cash discount deadlines

Reconciliation with internal departments and suppliers

Operational accounting in the proALPHA ERP system (must-have)

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in operational accounts payable

In-depth practical experience with proALPHA (mandatory)

Ideally, experience in the manufacturing sector of medium-sized companies

Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing processes and provide immediate operational support
