IT Support Specialist – Service Desk & Mobile Devices

Responsibilities

Mobile Devices & MDM

Support and administration of iPhones and iPads via Ivanti MDM.

Configuration of apps, security policies, updates, and eSIM profiles.

Device and user management in Ivanti, SecurePIM, and AirID.

Preparation, issuance, exchange, and return of mobile devices, including documentation.

Support with technical problems and user inquiries.

Service Desk & Client Support

1st and 2nd level support for Windows 11 end devices and mobile devices.

Processing of incidents and service requests via the ticketing system.

Error analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems, as well as escalation of complex cases.

Setup, configuration, and exchange of laptops, monitors, telephones, and peripheral devices.

Workstation setup, cabling, inventory, and maintenance of the CMDB.

User support, brief introductions, and maintenance of documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Windows 11 and iOS.

Basic to good knowledge of Ivanti MDM, SecurePIM, and AirID.

Experience in service desk, device management, and user support.

Independent, structured, and service-oriented way of working.

Conditions

Project-related assignment in Berlin with five days per week on-site. The project duration and start date will be agreed upon separately.
