Advisor Digital Legal Analysis

Project overview

The advisor supports the CDO Office in the further development of digital legal analysis within JenV.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising the CDO Office on digital legal analysis and the translation of laws and regulations into digital rule models
• Advising on the interrelationships between digital decision rules, data models, execution processes, and information systems
• Drafting the ICT and digitization components within the multi-year agenda 'Data and algorithms' and the annual plan 2027
• Drafting proposals for the development, standardization, and management of digital legal analyses and rule models
• Performing quality assessments of digital legal analysis trajectories
• Advising on information architecture, data exchange, and digital standards
• Establishing connections between legislative and policy departments on the one hand, and execution and IT/ICT specialists on the other
• Completed WO (University) education in Law or comparable academic level
• Demonstrable expertise in the digitization of laws and regulations
• Minimum 6 years of experience with legal analysis, including the translation of legislation into rules and data
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of rule management
• Experience with legislative trajectories and their translation into digital execution processes
• Knowledge of digital legal analysis, information architecture, data standards, and interoperability
• Flexible deployability on an on-call basis for an average of 6 hours per week
