Project overview
The assignment involves independently handling occupational health, vitality, and safety issues within the organization.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Arranging and coordinating the PAGO/PMO
- Executing the RI&E Action Plan
- Handling PSA issues, such as aggression & violence and codes of conduct
- Updating policies, protocols, and work instructions based on recent TRA's and FRP's
- Assessing the Sustainable Employability Action Plan 2026
- Writing the Sustainable Employability Action Plan 2027
- Managing and supporting two prevention officers
- Advising managers and internal stakeholders on issues related to occupational health, vitality, and safety
- HBO work and thinking level
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as an advisor in Occupational Health, Vitality, Health, or Safety, or in a comparable role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of policy development and implementation (pre)
