- Handling complex spatial procedures, including zoning plan changes and BOPA applications
- Assessing spatial initiatives for planning feasibility and legal enforceability
- Guiding complex BOPA procedures and zoning plan changes
- Assessing spatial substantiations, research reports, and advice
- Consulting with initiators, advisors, and involved disciplines within the municipality
- Preparing advice and documents for administrative decision-making
- Advising on the preparation of anterior agreements
- Transferring specialist knowledge to case managers during dossier handling
- HBO work and thinking level (according to job requirements)
- One or more references available
- Current experience in a similar role
- Skilled in both independent work and teamwork
- Strong communication skills
- Results-oriented attitude
- Political and administrative sensitivity
