Project overview

As a pioneer, you will provide substantive direction for the societal task of spatial development and housing.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up and leading the spatial development and housing program
• Fulfilling the official client role for housing projects
• Advising the board on the theme of housing
• Advising the management team on the development of the role of program manager
• Creating coherence in work processes and agreements within the ORO team
• Identifying and guiding improvements in work processes, aligned with the programmatic approach
• Supporting the manager with process management, work organization, and agreements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the last 9 years in a leadership role within municipal organizations
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience with developing and optimizing work processes
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of spatial planning, project development, permitting, supervision & enforcement, or sustainability
• Experience in more than 4 organizations for longer than 6 months
• Ideally, several years of experience with tactically and strategically advising management on organizational issues
• Ideally, experience with advising aldermen on their portfolios
• Ideally, experience with managing advisors, policy officers, or project leaders
• Ideally, experience with managing field service employees or supervisors
