Project overview

We are looking for an Agile Coach for a 3-month renewable mission in Paris.

Context:

The client is simultaneously undertaking two complementary approaches between DSIN and DAV.

It will primarily involve DSIN teams, in close coordination with the referent and DAV teams. An initial scope will allow for experimentation with the proposed practices, without transferring project management responsibilities to the mission.

• On one hand, an optimization study that globally analyzes the organization and working methods.
• On the other hand, the objective of this mission is to lead the Agile transformation of working methods, not to manage a project.

FRAMING THE DSIN-DAV AGILE TRANSFORMATION

AGILE COACHING OF TEAMS AND EXPERIMENTATION

• Frame with the DSIN transformation manager, the DAV referent, the business units, and the concerned teams the objectives, scope, and principles of the Agile transformation.
• Define an operational Agile model adapted to the context: clear responsibilities, empowered teams, common objectives, shared backlog, prioritization by value, and short cycles.
• Build and facilitate a progressive and measurable Agile roadmap, consistent with the work carried out by DSIN and DAV.
• Establish regular coordination between DSIN and DAV stakeholders to align actions, share feedback, avoid duplication, and prepare necessary decisions.
• Act as an Agile Coach, facilitator, and transformation coordinator for DSIN teams, in close liaison with DAV teams.
• Support managers, business units, and teams in the concrete adoption of Agile practices adapted to their context.
• Capitalize on feedback and develop internal skills to sustainably anchor the transformation within DSIN.
