• Enabling and further developing agile IT development teams according to the SAFe framework in close cooperation with Product Owners and Architects;
• Managing portfolio and requirements management for the coordination and prioritization of Epics and Features across different levels;
• Conception and optimization of scaled Jira structures for mapping agile work processes and increasing transparency;
• Cross-team dependency management, removal of delivery impediments, and structuring of agile units.
• SAFe RTE / SPC;
• Scrum / Agile Leadership;
• Jira / Scaling;
• Portfolio Management / Epics;
• Dependency Management / Transparency.
