Project overview

As a Senior Agile/Team Coach, you will contribute to the further development of teams and domains within Post Processes.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Support in setting up and further developing the sanctioning domain, based on the operating model.
• Coaching and supporting Product Owners, teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders in increasing effectiveness, collaboration, and value creation.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in collaboration, governance, work methods, and organizational development.
• Promoting collaboration between teams, domains, and partners in the chain, and assisting with issues that transcend domains.
• Designing and facilitating work sessions, workshops, and team days focused on collaboration and change.
• Supporting management with team development, organizational issues, and change initiatives.
• Guiding teams and individuals in increasing ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a role as Agile Coach, Team Coach, or Organizational Coach.
• Experience in organizational development, team development, and change processes.
• Experience coaching Product Owners, management, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in complex chains and environments with many stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating collaboration across domains and chains.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and value-driven work (preferred).
• Experience in identifying and implementing improvements within teams, domains, and chains (preferred).
