Responsibilities

As part of BA's IT strategy, there is an increasing focus on agile approaches. Agile software development is a proven method for developing complex solutions, regular software delivery, and incorporating customer requirements even during the development phase. Typical characteristics include freedom in the specific approach, regular feedback cycles, and self-directed action. While methods, processes, and tools were previously prescribed in a granular manner, they are now dynamically shaped in a continuous improvement process.

The Agile Transformation primarily aims to deliver consistently better solutions for customers and users through architectural and organizational redesign and alignment along BA's value chains. One objective is to gradually enrich the previously common classic approach in the IT system house with the added value of agile thinking and culture, as well as agile procedures, thereby paving the way for a future-proof organization. The associated changes must be closely accompanied to provide all transition stakeholders with the knowledge and attention they need in their individual change process for realignment.

Examples of typical tasks in this area: Moderation, training, mediation, process reviews, organizational analysis, training/support in and execution of quality assurance measures and their operationalization, support of media tools for increasing reach, support, preparation of appointments, individual coaching/training, departmental coaching/training, organizational coaching/training, support in situational problem-solving and solution-finding processes, knowledge management, support in/operationalization of the documentation and preparation of identified visionary goals/milestones, etc.

For this temporary support need in the agile environment, extensive experience in mentoring agile coaches ("Coach the Coach"), accompanying change processes (agile transition), and cultural change in the public sector in a partially virtual environment is required.
