Project overview

Univio, drawing on experience from over 500 completed projects, helps organizations develop e-commerce and omnichannel models and implement data and AI-based solutions – from assistants supporting customer service and access to organizational knowledge, through personalized product recommendations, to AI discovery workshops supporting the identification of real technology applications in business. Univio collaborates with brands such as RTV EURO AGD, Wittchen, Agata, Tubądzin, Gemini Polska, Super-Pharm, and LuxMed, implementing projects at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience.

Another form of cooperation is also possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external projects (directly with Univio clients) in a 50%/50% ratio
• Conduct workshops and presentations for clients on the possibilities and applications of artificial intelligence
• Identify and analyze clients' business needs in the Data & AI areas
• Select the best solutions tailored to business expectations
• Cooperate in preparing sales offers
• Manage AI projects as the main client contact, in cooperation with the delivery manager
• Coordinate communication between the client and the technical team and support project execution
• Support the development team in understanding client requirements
• Create and update business-technical documentation
• Introduce and promote best practices in the project team's work

Requirements

• You manage AI projects comprehensively – from identifying needs and defining requirements to implementing the solution
• You communicate excellently: you translate complex technical issues into simple terms and build partner relationships with clients and the team
• You have experience in conducting workshops and/or training sessions, with AI workshops being an additional asset
• You have experience in supporting sales processes from a substantive perspective. You create business-technical documentation and can present the ROI of initiatives to decision-makers
• AI is your passion. You have your own agents and automations that significantly speed up your work
• You understand GenAI from the inside out, LLMs, RAG, context engineering, response quality evaluation, and model costs and limitations
• You are a builder – you can independently build a prototype and application demo (Lovable, v0, Claude) even at the sales stage, before the project officially starts
• You think product-wise, understand user problems, and know where to find real business value, identifying areas in processes that can be improved and automated
• You have experience with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or building integrations via API
• You know the regulatory basics, are familiar enough with the AI Act and GDPR to ask the client the right questions
• You have a good foundation in Machine Learning, can select the appropriate model, evaluation metrics, and validation method for a specific problem
• You understand the technical aspects of implementing IT solutions, including integrations, the software development lifecycle, and testing
• You are fluent in English
• You are willing to undertake occasional business trips of 1-3 days

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 or another process modeling notation
