AI Control Tower Tester

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a ServiceNow AI Control Tower Tester. The role is needed to ensure the quality, compliance, and reliability of the AI Control Tower implementation. Structured testing should ensure the correct functioning of governance processes before and after go-live.

Scope of Tasks

• Creation of test strategy, test plan, and test cases based on requirements and user stories (functional tests, integration tests, regression tests, support for UAT)
• End-to-end testing of AICT workflows: Recording use cases, risk assessment, approvals, policy checks, and reporting
• Validation of integrations with AI platforms, CMDB, GRC/IRM, and identity and role models
• Review of role-based access, ACLs, and segregation of duties
• Testing of dashboards and reports for data accuracy
• Logging, prioritization, and tracking of defects, including clear steps for reproduction; review of bug fixes
• Support for User Acceptance Tests (UAT): Preparation of test data, coaching of business testers, and consolidation of results
• Reporting on test progress, test coverage, and risks to the project team and stakeholders

Requirements

Desirable Qualifications

Framework Conditions:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software testing, ideally on ServiceNow or a comparable workflow platform
• Experience in creating test cases, defect management, and conducting UAT
• Basic understanding of the ServiceNow data model, roles, and workflows
• Understanding of AI governance concepts (risk classes, assessments, approvals)
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and test automation
• ISTQB Foundation certification and/or ServiceNow CSA
• Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, SOX-standard controls)
• Experience in testing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, tools like Postman)
