They are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join their team in Wroclaw. This contract role offers you the opportunity to work with Generative AI, machine learning and data analytics in a wealth management environment, applying your technical skills to projects that deliver measurable business impact.

Position Overview

As an AI Developer, you'll play a central role in designing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions that support wealth management operations. Your work will involve analysing financial data, building predictive models, and using Generative AI to provide actionable insights for financial advisors and clients. You'll manage projects independently while collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, guide investment decisions and support targeted marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with business teams to uncover opportunities for applying AI and machine learning
• Design and implement Generative AI and agentic systems to enhance business outcomes
• Analyse financial data from multiple sources to generate insights for advisors and clients
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for classification, clustering and optimisation
• Build statistical methods to support targeted marketing and sales of financial products
• Apply machine learning and Generative AI to interpret and guide client investment strategies
• Create documentation covering model performance, review processes and governance standards
• Lead projects independently from conception through to deployment
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics or a related STEM field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (finance industry experience is advantageous)
• Strong understanding of natural language processing, deep neural networks and Generative AI
• Proven experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques including classification, clustering and optimisation
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, R and SQL for data manipulation and model development
• Practical experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Greenplum or Hadoop
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI for data visualisation
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver results
