Seeking an AI Enablement Manager with M365 Copilot and Change Management experience for a 100% remote project starting November 3, 2026. The role involves conceptualizing and implementing AI enablement programs and supporting change processes.

Currently, I am looking for a short-term available AI Enablement Manager with M365 Copilot/Change Management experience (m/f/d) for a 100% Remote project for my client in Frankfurt am Main.

- Conception and implementation of scalable AI enablement programs for anchoring generative AI tools such as M365 Copilot;
- Development and teaching of prompt engineering methods as well as teaching practical use cases to stakeholders;
- Conducting needs and requirements analyses to translate business needs into blended learning and community formats;
- Accompanying change processes using agile methods, maturity measurement, and KPI-based impact measurement.
