• Design, build, and put Copilot Agents into productive use in Copilot Studio
• Connect knowledge sources and roll out agents for the business units
• Advise business units on Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and prompts
• Identify and prioritize use cases with the business units
• Record requirements, test solutions, document, and hand over
• Set the course for Copilot topics within two to three months and hand over

• University degree or training in the IT field
• Very good practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and Copilot Agents
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Prompt Engineering, and knowledge sources
• Demonstrable references for productive solutions with measurable benefits
• Sense for governance and data protection, regulated environments are an advantage
• Structured, independent way of working with ownership
• Very good German language skills, English is an advantage
