Seeking an AI Enabler to support employees in integrating artificial intelligence into their daily work as part of an AI introduction program. The focus is on building AI competencies and an AI-oriented corporate culture, not on developing technical solutions.
Project overview
We are looking for an AI Enabler who will support employees in integrating artificial intelligence into their daily work as part of an AI introduction program.
The focus is on building AI competencies and an AI-oriented corporate culture (not on developing technical solutions).
You will work with employees from different hierarchical levels and departments (from AI beginners to advanced users). You will act as an AI Ambassador).
Must-have Skills
Nice-to-have Skills
- Generative AI & LLMs: Practical experience with AI tools, especially in-depth experience with Claude, as well as understanding their application possibilities and limitations
- Responsible AI & Compliance: Knowledge of data protection, AI governance, and responsible AI use
- Training & Workshops: Experience in the conception, moderation, and execution of training sessions and workshops (also on-site)
- AI Enablement & Coaching: Experience in enabling and supporting employees in AI usage
- AI Maturity Analysis: Ability to evaluate work processes and the AI/digitalization level of teams and identify potential for improvement
- Change Management: Experience with transformation processes and the introduction of new technologies
- Communication & Knowledge Transfer: Target-group-oriented communication of AI use cases and training content
- Experience with knowledge management and collaboration platforms
- Learning Design / Development of learning concepts
- Experience with internal AI initiatives, communities, or ambassador programs
- Claude certification
