• Develop a pragmatic, staged, and implementation-oriented architecture vision for AI and platform topics
• Co-shape the overarching AI architecture and align enterprise, platform, and implementation perspectives
• Develop architecture concepts, architecture principles, target states, and decision-making bases
• Document and communicate the architecture to management, architecture, platform, and implementation teams in an audience-appropriate manner
• Translate the architecture into concrete organizational and technical requirements for platforms and shared services
• Support the creation, prioritization, and further development of an actionable architecture roadmap
• At least 8 years of experience in IT architecture, including proven experience with AI/GenAI architectures in large organizations
• Sound understanding of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and relevant protocols such as MCP or A2A, including the most significant risks
• Experience with Security-by-Design, Identity & Access Management, data classification, and Zero Trust approaches
• Experience with capability-based architecture, governance models, and the demarcation between central, domain-specific, and local solutions
• Language skills: German, English
• Analytical and structured way of thinking
• Strong communication skills for different target groups
• High implementation orientation and ability to collaborate across different teams
