Project overview
Amass Technology are looking for an AI Expert to join a leading client on a immediate start, onsite, freelance contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Drive AI adoption and implementation across three internal teams.
Integrate AI agents into products and automate workflows across the PDLC and SDLC.
Provide hands-on support to identify use cases and implement practical AI solutions.
Build and maintain an AI Knowledge Hub with best practices and guidance.
Train and upskill teams to use AI tools and agent-based workflows effectively.
Encourage adoption, overcome resistance and promote AI-driven ways of working.
Establish human oversight and quality checks for AI-generated outputs.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in AI adoption, implementation and transformation.
Practical knowledge of AI agents, agentic AI and workflow automation.
Understanding of PDLC and SDLC processes and AI integration opportunities.
Strong coaching, training and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on problem-solving and implementation experience.
Experience driving user adoption and organisational change.
Understanding of AI quality assurance and human-in-the-loop approaches.
