For our client – an established company focused on future-oriented technologies – we are looking for qualified support within an exclusive mandate for the demanding "AI Risk and Threat Analysis" initiative.

In this key position, you will manage the Project Management Office (PMO) and bring in profound expertise at the interface of project control and Defensive AI.

• Project length: 12 months
• Utilization: Part-time (62 PT for the entirety of 2027)
• Location: 95% remote / Onboarding gladly a few days on-site in Coburg
• Project language: German
• Project monitoring & governance: Continuous control of project progress, budgets, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Reporting & stakeholder communication: Creation and target-group-oriented preparation of meaningful status reports for management and key decision-makers.
• Risk management: Early identification of risks and structured coordination of preventive measures with project management.
• Resource coordination: Cross-project personnel and resource planning to proactively avoid bottlenecks.
• Portfolio management: Recording, prioritization, and strategic alignment of new project ideas with the defined project goals.
• Expertise: Relevant experience in the field of Defensive AI and a basic understanding of the AI environment are expressly desired.
• Project management experience: Demonstrable practice and sound methodological competence in the PMO environment, ideally acquired in corporate structures of comparable size.
• Language skills: Business-fluent German or native level (spoken and written).
