Job description
Lead a portfolio of mature AI products, coordinating between business, users, and technical teams. Define priorities, manage the roadmap, backlog, and product evolution, while optimizing AI agent prompts.
Project overview
As part of a freelance mission, you will take charge of managing a portfolio of mature artificial intelligence products, with 29 use cases in production. You will be the main point of contact for the AI domain and will act autonomously to coordinate exchanges between business teams, users, clients, and technical teams.
Your role will consist of defining priorities, building and monitoring the roadmap, managing the backlog, and supporting product evolution. You will lead framing workshops and meetings, gather user feedback, and translate it into improvement actions. You will also monitor product performance, adoption, and quality, while optimizing AI agent prompts in a Microsoft Copilot Studio-like environment. A good understanding of RAG architectures and multi-agent workflows is expected to effectively communicate with engineering teams.

Full-time freelance mission, hybrid mode
2 days of remote work per week, 3 days on-site in Puteaux
Long mission, ideally starting in October 2026
Occasional travel, approximately once per quarter
Profile sought
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Delivery Management
Experience in managing digital products or AI solutions
Proficiency in prompt engineering and conversational agents
Good understanding of RAG architectures and multi-agent workflows
Experience in an agile environment: roadmap, backlog, prioritization, sprints
Excellent communication, facilitation, and synthesis skills
Fluent French and English
