We are looking for an experienced AI Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and maintainability of AI-driven software solutions. The role involves analyzing codebases, introducing AI tools for quality assurance, and establishing sustainable quality standards.
Project overview
For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced AI Quality Engineer (m/f/x) to ensure the quality and maintainability of software solutions in the context of AI-driven development. The goal is to analyze existing codebases and development processes, introduce suitable AI tools for quality assurance, and establish sustainable quality standards across teams.
Your Profile and Your Tasks
›› Profound experience in software development or software quality engineering, as well as a very good understanding of modern software architectures
›› Analysis and evaluation of existing codebases regarding code quality, maintainability, traceability, and technical debt, especially for AI-generated code
›› Practical experience with AI-driven software development and tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
›› Evaluation and introduction of AI-driven solutions for automated code reviews, code analysis, and quality assurance
›› Experience with test automation, static code analysis, and the integration of automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
›› Conception and optimization of QA processes, as well as definition of uniform quality standards across multiple development teams
›› Identification of potential improvements in existing development processes and implementation of suitable measures for sustainable improvement of software quality
›› Experience with tools like SonarQube, Qodo, CodeRabbit, or comparable solutions is an advantage
›› Independent, pragmatic way of working, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of close collaboration with developers, tech leads, and software architects
