Project Background

For a client, we are looking for an experienced freelancer with a focus on the development and integration of AI-based agent systems. The focus is on the technical further development of intelligent AI agents and their connection to an existing Salesforce Sales Cloud landscape. The role combines the development of agent logic and automated workflows with the integration of existing business processes and data sources. The freelancer will be responsible for both hands-on development tasks and technical coordination with internal departments and an external technology partner.

• Several years of practical experience in the development and integration of AI-based applications and agent systems
• Profound knowledge of Agent Script and Salesforce Agentforce, especially in the development and control of agent logic, actions, and workflows
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and the orchestration of AI-supported processes
• Profound programming skills in Apex, SQL, and SOQL
• Experience in the development and connection of REST APIs as well as the integration of external systems and data sources
• Experience with the development and automation of complex business processes and agent-based workflows
• Knowledge in connecting AI agents to Salesforce Sales Cloud or comparable CRM systems
• Experience in testing, debugging, and optimizing AI agents and integration processes
• Ability for independent technical implementation as well as coordination with internal and external development teams
• Industry experience in the ESG and sustainability sector as well as in the heat pump and heating technology industry, ideally with a connection to the energy transition
• Experience with Agentforce Builder and the configuration of complex agent actions
• Knowledge of Python as well as AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and connecting external knowledge sources
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and the development of Apex-based integrations
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or comparable integration and middleware platforms
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and the productive operation of AI-based applications
• Knowledge of AI governance, data protection, and security concepts for agent-based systems

We are looking for an experienced freelancer with pronounced expertise in the development of AI-based agent systems, who combines profound knowledge in Agent Script, Apex, SQL, SOQL, and API integrations with a good understanding of LLMs and automated business processes.

The person should be able to independently develop and optimize agent logic, technically implement complex integration requirements, and ensure the interaction between AI agents and existing company systems.

Ideally, the freelancer already has experience with productive AI agents in a corporate environment and can both develop hands-on and manage technical collaboration with external technology partners.
