AI Test Automation Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Test Automation Engineer to transform and modernize our quality assurance processes. In this role, you will shape the future of QA through the use of artificial intelligence and automated testing procedures.

Your tasks include the development and conception of AI agents for requirements analysis and test case generation. You will check requirement documents for consistency and testability using AI methods and derive ISTQB-compliant test strategies. You will create both manual and automated test cases with modern tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and Cypress. You will define and further develop the QA architecture, standards, and evaluation criteria within the team and integrate new solutions into existing toolchains.

Regular reviews for continuous improvement of quality assurance for business-critical applications are also part of your responsibilities.

You have a degree in computer science or business informatics and extensive experience in software quality assurance. Knowledge of AI technologies such as NLP or ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow) is essential. You are proficient in modern programming languages such as Java as well as frameworks like Spring Boot and have experience with build tools (Maven) and CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI). Familiarity with ISTQB test methodology and common review procedures in requirements management is assumed. Experience in integrating solutions into complex IT system landscapes completes your profile.

German language skills at C1 level are required.

The workplace is located in Frankfurt and will be designed as hybrid.
