Performance Description

The project creates the conditions for scalable and sustainable use of AI within Business IT. Goals include higher productivity, more efficient processes, less manual work, faster implementation of automation potential, and responsible and economical use of AI technologies. In the long term, AI is to be established as an integral part of the continuous improvement and further development of Business IT.

Task Description:

An experienced external AI Trainer & Enablement Specialist is sought to further develop AI competencies. The goal is to empower employees to use modern AI technologies effectively, safely, and with added value, as well as to independently develop AI-based solutions, agents, and automations. The focus is on practice-oriented training, technical enablement, and the implementation of concrete AI use cases. The expert will also support AI Cost Control and AI Empowerment.

Responsibilities

• AI Training & Enablement: Conception and delivery of target group-specific training, workshops, and coaching on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, and Claude Code.
• Agent Development & Automation: Enabling the development, configuration, and use of AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-supported automation solutions based on concrete business use cases.
• Use-Case Identification and Implementation: Identification, evaluation, and prioritization of AI potentials, as well as support in the prototypical implementation of relevant use cases.
• AI Cost Control: Support in optimizing AI usage costs, licensing models, token consumption, and resource requirements, as well as developing suitable control and steering approaches.
• AI Empowerment & Adoption: Promotion of a sustainable AI culture through knowledge transfer, best practices, practical learning formats, and enabling the independent and responsible use of AI solutions.
• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Creation of reusable training materials, guides, best practices, and reference solutions.

Expected Results:

Goal of the Assignment: Sustainable development of internal AI competencies, acceleration of practical AI adoption, and empowering the department to unlock AI potentials safely, economically, and independently.

About the Client

• Demonstrable experience in the conception and delivery of AI training and enablement measures.
• Sound practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, and Claude Code, especially in building AI agents and automations.
• Experience in the development and prototypical implementation of AI solutions and agentic workflows.
• Understanding of AI governance, data protection, information security, and cost and license control in the enterprise environment.
• Ability to convey technical content understandably and in a target-group-oriented manner, empowering employees of different experience levels.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working with a focus on measurable competence building and concrete added value.
• Delivery of practice-oriented training and workshops with immediate application relevance.
• Building demonstrable competencies for independent identification and prototypical implementation of selected AI use cases.
• Provision of reusable training materials and best practices.
• Concrete recommendations for action to improve AI governance, AI cost control, and AI adoption.
