AI Transformation Manager

Project overview

We are looking for an AI Transformation Manager for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will manage the deployment, adoption, and governance of generative AI solutions for employees, on an international scale. You will work within a team dedicated to the digital workplace and AI, in liaison with Group teams, countries, and functions.

Profile sought

You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university, and at least 10 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or change management. You have managed international transverse programs, and experience with generative AI or the adoption of new technologies is required. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 is an asset. You are proficient in governance, executive reporting, and usage data analysis. Fluent English is required.

Organized, autonomous, with good interpersonal skills and a synthesis mindset, you are comfortable working internationally and in a context of strong transformation.

• Contribute to the AI strategy for employees and build the deployment roadmap, preparing decisions with sponsors.
• Coordinate deployment waves of Copilot M365 and other generative AI solutions, centrally and in countries.
• Manage license allocation and tracking: target populations, allocation campaigns, adoption rate analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure governance and compliance with legal, data protection, IT risk, and security teams.
• Develop adoption: adoption plans, animation of a champion community, communication, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Produce reporting, track usage indicators, and measure generated value.
• Monitor Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agentic approaches to evolve the service offering.
