After the system environment has been implemented, a one-time in-house training session, estimated at 3 days, will be held with the following content:
- Consulting on the implementation of configuration and implementation tasks in the deployed system environment and third-party products used (Identity Management solution, authorization management, backup, security software, etc.)
- Consulting on the analysis, fault localization, and elimination of disruptions (if necessary, coordination with product manufacturers)
- Planning and support for the execution of relevant security, system, and software updates
- Consulting on system recovery after total failure
- Consulting on failure and disruptions of production-critical components
- Overview and introduction
- Tasks and activities by employees of authorization management
- Tasks and activities by employees of system operations
