Project overview

Context

We are looking for an Alcatel Telephony Voice expert with notable experience in the Alcatel Rainbow solution. Ideally, a seasoned telephony professional with extensive experience in large Alcatel telephony networks, version migrations, hardware and software updates, and the OXE ecosystem.

The expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the BPCE group's Alcatel telephony solutions. They must be autonomous, have good interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team, and possess strong feedback, reporting, and organizational skills.

Profile Definition:

Provides expertise while offering advice, assistance, information, training, and alerts on the infrastructures under their responsibility.

Conducts technological watch.

May intervene directly on all or part of a project within their area of expertise and participate in studies of the general infrastructure, its evolution, and its qualification.

Performs engineering for the installation and configuration of simple or complex technical platforms. Coordinates various technical stakeholders in the installation process ("Build").

Ensures the smooth operation of the information system by considering infrastructure availability, incident correction, and operational maintenance (MCO) with a focus on quality, productivity, and security.

Carries out technical design for the implementation of infrastructures or products.

Participates in studies to define the necessary infrastructures for projects and operational maintenance.

Proposes solutions to improve the performance of systems or platforms.

Acts as an interface with experts in other domains.

Defines methods, tools, and qualifies the implementation of protocols and hardware.

Verifies the application of standards (IT security, quality, etc.).

Conducts technological watch and prospective evaluation on products.

Performs infrastructure installation ("Build"), configuration, and component validation.

Performs diagnostics to identify causes of malfunctions and proposes corrections and workarounds.

Ensures the operation of technical components and participates in their capacity planning ("Run").

Defines and implements rules for good management and exploitability of systems or products and qualifies them from a technical standpoint.

• Provide assistance and participation in major incident resolution to support production teams
