Detailed Description
We are looking for an Alcatel Telephony Voice EXPERT with significant experience on the Alcatel Rainbow solution.
Ideally, a professional telephonist.
The expert must have extensive experience with large Alcatel telephony networks. Version migrations, hardware and software updates, as well as the ecosystem related to OXE.
During their mission, they will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Alcatel telephony solutions for the BPCE group.
The expert must be autonomous, have good interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team, and possess excellent feedback-reporting-organization skills.

As such, the Expert consultant in Alcatel telephony will, along with other experts in the team, act as a referent for several aspects of ToIP infrastructures for the RUN teams.
During the build and deployment phases of the solutions, it will be necessary to perform operations during off-peak hours (HNO), as well as occasional on-call duties.
In support of all production teams, your assistance and participation in handling major incidents will be required.
