AMOA/BA CRM Microsoft Dynamics

Project overview

Hello,

As part of its client projects, Visian is looking for an experienced AMOA/BA Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support the evolution, maintenance, and optimization of CRM solutions within an Agile environment.

You will be involved in transformation and application evolution projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales module) and the Power Platform, in close collaboration with business and technical teams.

Testing, Deployment & Support

• Manage the delivery of CRM projects respecting costs, deadlines, and quality requirements.
• Ensure monitoring of developments, deliveries, and production deployments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure reporting to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions and processes.
• Lead business workshops to gather, analyze, and formalize needs.
• Model business processes, user journeys, and application flows.
• Write functional specifications, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage, refine, and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with project teams.
• Support technical teams in the design and realization of solutions.
• Participate in the functional configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Manage authorizations, configuration tables, and business rules.
• Monitor data imports/exports and integration flows.
• Contribute to migration and modernization projects to Cloud environments.
• Participate in the development and evolution of solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Define testing strategies, test plans, scenarios, and data sets.
• Execute functional tests and monitor anomaly resolution.
• Participate in the validation of deliverables and the securing of production deployments.
• Support users in the adoption of new functionalities.
• Contribute to the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of applications.
