Job description
Seeking an AMOA SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance Consultant to join a major public transport IT project in Paris. The role involves analyzing existing financial processes, defining the target Finance model, and supporting data migration and change management.
Project overview
Context
Our client is a major player in mobility and public transport in the Île-de-France region, specializing in ticketing and transport pass management. They are replacing their internally developed financial information system with the standard SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution. All financial and accounting functions, currently managed under Sage X3, will be migrated.
You will join the project team alongside a senior SAP expert already in place, and in close liaison with the integrator and business teams.

- Explore and Design phases: analysis of existing financial processes, Fit-to-Standard / Fit-Gap workshops, analysis of S/4HANA impacts (Universal Journal, unified analytical model, Fiori)
- Definition of the target Finance model (FI / CO / AA) with the SAP expert and the integrator
- Drafting of first-level functional specifications, monitoring and control of configuration
- Preparation and co-facilitation of business workshops; preparation of testing cycles
- Data migration: Sage X3 → SAP mapping, data preparation, migration cycles (dry-run)
- Change management: user support, training for accounting teams, support for Go-Live and during hypercare
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience on SAP S/4HANA projects in finance and accounting (AMOA or functional MOE)
- Mastery of FI (GL, AP, AR), CO, and AA modules
- Very good understanding of the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), the new analytical model, Fiori Finance, and S/4HANA bank reconciliations
- Ability to read and validate simple configurations
- Solid foundation in general and analytical accounting
- SAP S/4HANA certification appreciated
- Rigor, written and oral communication skills, team spirit
