- Analysis of local and central IT infrastructure including networks, firewalls, and server hosting
- Investigation of operational IT applications such as warehouse management systems and printing solutions
- Evaluation of IT for mechanized and automated systems such as conveyor systems, sorters, or high-bay warehouses
- Examination of existing vendor contracts, support models, and IT processes
- Documentation of the current state of the existing IT architecture
- Development of an IT roadmap including migration plans for expiring applications
- Elaboration of a target operating model for the local IT organization
