IT Infrastructure Analyst – Analysis and Transformation

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst for a challenging transformation project at our location in North Rhine-Westphalia. The project starts on 01.12.2026 and will be carried out in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

You will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the local and central IT infrastructure, including network architectures, firewalls, and server hosting solutions. Furthermore, you will examine operational IT applications such as warehouse management systems and printing solutions, as well as the IT integration of automated systems like conveyor systems, sorters, and high-bay warehouses.

Additionally, you will review existing vendor contracts, support models, and IT processes, document the current state of the existing IT architecture, and develop a future-oriented IT roadmap with migration plans for expiring applications. Finally, you will develop a target operating model for the local IT organization.

Requirements

You have sound knowledge in the analysis of network architectures, firewalls, and server structures. Practical experience with operational applications such as warehouse management systems is required. Know-how in automated system integration, especially with conveyor technology and sorting systems, as well as an understanding of vendor contracts and IT support models are essential. You are proficient in creating technical documentation and infrastructure roadmaps.
