Appian Developer / Consultant (Junior & Senior)

For an ongoing project, we are looking for a total of 2 Appian Developers / Consultants at Junior and Senior levels. The focus is on the development, configuration, and further development of applications based on the Appian platform.

We are looking for candidates with initial practical Appian experience as well as experienced Appian specialists who can support architectural issues and provide technical guidance to colleagues in addition to technical implementation.

• Development and further development of applications on the Appian platform
• Implementation and technical evaluation of requirements
• Configuration and further development of the Appian platform
• Integration of Appian applications into existing surrounding systems
• Collaboration in an agile Scrum environment
• Depending on experience level, taking on development, consulting, or technical lead tasks
• Initial practical project experience with Appian
• Basic understanding of the Appian architecture
• Initial practical experience in the development or configuration of Appian applications
• Appian Associate Developer/Designer Certification
• Experience with Scrum
• Experience with Java development
• At least 3 years of in-depth experience with Appian
• Extensive hands-on project experience
• In-depth understanding of the Appian architecture
• Experience with the technical evaluation of requirements regarding feasibility and implementability in Appian
• Experience with the integration of Appian with surrounding systems
• Experience in setting up and configuring the Appian platform
• In-depth experience with Scrum
• Experience in the technical guidance of junior colleagues or leading a small Appian team
• Appian Senior Developer or Lead Appian Certification
• Experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
