Requirements

• Several years of demonstrable experience as a Senior-level Appian Developer
• Confident handling of SAIL interfaces, process models, integrations, and data modeling in Appian
• Experience in implementing complex, company-wide Appian applications
• German at least C1 level (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders
• Independent, responsible work without close supervision
• Confident, professional demeanor with clients on-site or in remote appointments

• Conception, development, and further development of process applications on the Appian Low-Code platform
• Implementation of business requirements into functional Appian applications (SAIL interfaces, process models, integrations)
• Independent requirements gathering and direct coordination with the business department without continuous client support
• Technical consultation of the business department regarding feasibility, effort, and solution alternatives
• Conception and implementation of data models and system integrations within the Appian environment
• Close collaboration with the existing project team (development, PM, other Appian developers)
• Ensuring the quality, maintainability, and performance of the developed applications
• Active participation in the continuous optimization of existing Appian solutions
