Project overview

Service Description

• Optimization and continuous development of intralogistic processes along the entire value chain, from goods receipt and warehousing through production supply to dispatch processing
• Requirements management and conception of logistic system solutions in SAP EWM, Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and fleet management of autonomous transport systems in close coordination with specialist departments and international stakeholders
• Technical support and assistance for users and key users with application-related questions as the central point of contact for the site
• Responsibility for local system configuration and system administration, taking global standards into account, including customizing, reporting, programming adjustments, release management, test coordination, and documentation
• Coordination and support of cross-system interfaces between SAP EWM, warehouse control systems, driverless transport systems (AGV/AMR), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Planning, execution, and validation of process and system tests in compliance with regulatory GMP requirements
• Ensuring smooth application operation through analysis and processing of incidents, changes, and problems, as well as managing external service providers, developers, and system partners
• Partial project management of logistic and IT-related projects

• Several years of experience in the support, administration, and continuous development of SAP EWM or comparable warehouse management systems, including customizing, process optimization, and user support
• Knowledge in the field of warehouse automation and material flow control, ideally with touchpoints to Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), driverless transport systems (AGV/AMR), or fleet management solutions
• Practical knowledge in adjacent SAP modules, especially MM, PP, and QM, complemented by an understanding of logistic and production-related business processes, and ideally experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with high initiative, a structured and solution-oriented approach, and strong implementation skills
• Experience in cross-site collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and various stakeholders within complex corporate structures
• Fluent German language skills at least C1 level and good English language skills at least B2 level for collaboration in national and international project environments
• Willingness for occasional business trips to Switzerland as part of project work
