We are looking for a dedicated Application Manager with extensive knowledge in Azure and project management experience to handle incidents, requests, and application operations, including life-cycle tasks and requirements gathering.
Project overview
We are currently looking for a dedicated Application Manager for facility management systems who has extensive knowledge in Azure and experience in project management. The ideal candidate also brings skills in handling databases and Windows operating systems. Your ability to clearly capture and communicate requirements will be crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- You will process incidents and requests in the ITSM system and resolve errors together with the infrastructure.
- You will support the operation of the applications, including maintenance tasks.
- You will take on life-cycle tasks.
- You will help the business unit to capture and clearly describe its requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Azure
- Experience with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Confident handling of Windows operating systems
- Fundamentals in network and hardware
- Initial experience in project management
- ITIL knowledge
- Fluent German language skills
