Context

Looking for a project manager capable of driving and coordinating the person database modernization project and leading various other project topics around the person database. This project manager must have a dual role of driver and analyst: they must have a good understanding of the technical and functional environment and they must delve into the details of the subjects.

A large company in the financial sector wishes to benefit from expertise in Person Database project management. This is a mission to manage the MOB project (Person Database Modernization Project). The service will contribute to the coordination of different topics and projects related to the Person Database.

• Writing functional specifications/User stories
• Production of project steering and progress indicators
• Driving and monitoring the progress of defined projects and topics
• Design/Writing of detailed functional specifications for adaptations to be made to meet business needs
• Development of test conditions
• Acceptance testing of outsourced developments
• Design and execution, if necessary, of test cycles, analysis and review of results, incident diagnosis
• Monitoring of corrections with suppliers, validation
• Reception of business needs
• Budget and schedule monitoring
• Analysis and management
• Management of a functional and technical environment in various subjects
• Reporting
