• You will support the valuation of non-residential properties, particularly standard objects.
• You will work on market analysis, revaluation, and objection handling.
• You will represent the organization in court.
• You have at least 6 years of experience in revaluation, PMA, and objections and appeals for the WOZ Act
• Experience implementing a new participant – You have recent experience implementing a new participant in the valuation package (Ortax). This includes setting up a CNW model
• You have a minimum of a Bachelor's work and thinking level;
• You are an experienced professional in the field of the WOZ Act;
• Valuation package Ortax – You have at least 6 years (in the last 8 years) of work experience with the valuation package Ortax
• GouwIT – You have at least 6 years (in the last 8 years) of work experience with the tax package GouwIT
• You have experience with the valuation of other non-residential properties, such as agricultural objects, under the WOZ Act
• These interviews will be assessed according to the criteria indicated below. Do you fit within the BSOB culture and do you have the work experience relevant to BSOB. Furthermore, can you adapt to the further automation and digitization of WOZ processes
• You remain unfazed by peak workloads due to your stress resistance. You can handle volume.
• You are adept at making changes in software systems.
