Job description
Seeking an interim Property Appraiser to support the validation of property characteristics, determine the suitability of sales transactions for other appraisals, and handle annual revaluations and objections related to WOZ values.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Support in checking primary and secondary property characteristics of sold properties and correcting incorrect data
- Determine the extent to which sales transactions can serve as substantiation for other appraisals
- Perform the annual revaluation of properties
- Handle objections submitted against the established WOZ value of properties
- Monitor the schedule according to the WOZ timeline
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience with property valuation within the framework of the Wet WOZ
- WOZ diploma new style (SVMNIVO), valid for both residential and non-residential properties
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with the recording app/photo tool of Ortax
- HBO work and thinking level
- Strong analytical skills, socially adept, and stress-resistant
- Experience with data mutation in software systems
- Preferably 3 years of recent experience with the Ortax valuation package
- Preferably 3 years of recent experience with the GOUW7 tax package
