Project overview
We realize approximately 3-4 single-family home projects per year and are looking for a reliable partner for the planning of these projects to support us long-term.
Responsibilities
Creation of building permit plans including the associated documents for building submission. Creation of working drawings for our solid construction single-family homes. Close coordination with our team regarding ongoing projects. Implementation of changes and updates in the planning process.
Requirements
Completed training as an architect or construction drafter, or comparable qualification. Professional experience in solid construction. Confident use of common CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Allplan, ArchiCAD, or Revit). Reliability and punctuality
