Responsibilities

Profile

• Create learning concepts and transfer them into executable training materials, exercises, and short guides
• Develop scripts for 4-5 short videos of 1-1.5 minutes each
• Set up a demo environment with suitable sample data and prepare technical demonstrations
• Conduct 120 minutes of live online training with demonstrations and practical exercises
• Accompany a 60-minute self-learning phase and be available for questions via chat or phone
• Moderate a 60-minute follow-up and conclusion, reflect on experiences, and gather feedback
• Demonstrable practical experience with Copilot Chat and M365 Copilot (Premium)
• Confident use of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint in daily work
• Teach data storage, file naming, and structuring using concrete cases
• Clearly explain permissions, sharing, and classifications and their importance for data visibility in Copilot
• Demonstrate differences in usage scenarios and transfer them to the participants' work environment
• Experience in developing and conducting interactive virtual training
• Meaningfully combine technical impulses with live demos, own exercises, and reflection
• Convey complex issues understandably and with concrete instructions for action
• Develop short, clearly focused video scripts and comprehensible demo workflows
• Design self-learning tasks, accompany individual questions, and moderate the exchange of good practices
