Assist me remotely in creating and mastering a Power Automate flow

Project overview

I already have the Excel file containing the contacts to process and Power Automate Desktop installed on my computer. The objective is to automate reading this file, searching for the FI company in Aurea CRM using the WW Number, creating the contact, and writing the result back to Excel. I am not looking for a turnkey solution; I want to be guided remotely to understand, test, correct, and be able to evolve the flow myself.

At the end of the mission, I should be able to run the flow on a controlled batch, understand the main steps, identify the source of a simple error, update a field or a web element, and resume processing without creating duplicates. Each valid contact should be created only once and linked to the correct FI company; all anomalies should be tracked in Excel.

• Remotely analyze the existing Excel file, its structure, and data quality.
• Verify prerequisites on my computer: Power Automate Desktop, Edge, extension, Aurea CRM rights and access.
• Define the mapping between Excel columns and Aurea fields.
• Build the flow with me, step by step, directly in my Power Automate Desktop environment.
• Capture and validate the necessary web elements in Aurea CRM.
• Implement data controls, duplicate detection, and error handling.
• Test the flow in supervised mode on 5 to 10 anonymized contacts.
• Correct observed anomalies and ensure recovery after interruptions.
• Explain to me how to start, stop, resume, monitor, and modify the flow.

• Open the Excel file and read the lines to process.
• Check mandatory data: WW Number, last name, first name, and email.
• Search in Aurea CRM for the FI company corresponding to the WW Number.
• Stop processing the line if no company or multiple companies are found.
• Check if the contact already exists, primarily by email.
• Create the contact only if no duplicate is found.
• Fill in the designated fields in the Excel file and link the contact to the correct FI company.
• Record the result in Excel: status, message, date, and Aurea ID if available.
• Save progress after each line to allow resumption without duplicate creation.
• Remote Intervention Modalities
• Videoconference sessions with screen sharing, preferably via Microsoft Teams.
• The flow is created in my own environment; access credentials and passwords are not transmitted to the provider.
• I will perform sensitive operations and connect to Aurea CRM.
• The provider will explain each Power Automate action used and allow me to replicate the main steps.
• Sessions will be organized in short sequences: scoping, building, testing, correction, and autonomy.
• A Q&A and hands-on time will be included in each session.

• Scoping Review of the Excel file, demonstration of the Aurea process, validation of fields and error cases.
• Guided Building Creation of the flow with me: Excel, loop, web navigation, field filling, and logging.
• Supervised Tests Execution on 5 to 10 representative lines and correction of failing selectors or rules.
• Training Hands-on: starting, diagnosing, modifying a field, adding a rule, and resuming after an error.
• Validation Autonomous execution of a pilot batch and short availability for final adjustments.

• Functional Power Automate Desktop flow, created and saved in my environment.
• Excel file adjusted if necessary, without unnecessary reconstruction of the source file.
