Associate Project Manager - Games Licensing

Summary Our client in the TV, Film and entertainment space is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support a portfolio of licensed interactive entertainment products and partner relationships. This role will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external licensees to oversee product development, approvals, live operations, and project execution from concept through launch and beyond. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about entertainment and consumer brands, and experienced managing cross-functional projects and partner relationships in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Support licensed product development and live operations activities from concept through launch and ongoing updates.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects align with brand, quality, and strategic objectives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communications across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate feedback and approval processes for creative, design, development, and production deliverables.
• Partner with marketing, production, brand, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of licensed products.
• Track project milestones, maintain documentation, calendars, and workflow processes, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance metrics and prepare reporting and insights for internal teams.
• Support live operations planning, partner alignment efforts, and strategic initiatives across assigned products.
• Research market trends, consumer behavior, competitive offerings, and emerging platform opportunities to provide recommendations and insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support long-term business success. Requirements
• Experience in project management, product management, partner management, licensing, or production coordination.
• Background working with entertainment, media, consumer brands, licensed products, or interactive experiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Interest in entertainment, consumer experiences, and emerging digital platforms. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Benefits
