For an international law firm in Brussels, we are looking for an Associate Tax with 2 to 5 years of experience.

• You will advise national and international clients on Belgian and international tax issues, with a strong focus on M&A and restructurings
• You will manage the tax aspects of complex transactions and cross-border projects
• You will work closely with colleagues from different practice groups and international teams
• You will analyze tax issues and translate them into concrete, legally substantiated solutions
• You will further develop your expertise and gradually take on more responsibility within the cases
• You hold a Master of Laws degree, preferably with a strong academic background
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in tax law, ideally with a focus on transactional taxation, M&A, or restructurings
• You are fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English
• You are highly analytical, work accurately, and think in terms of solutions
• You are communicative, proactive, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team
• You will work as an independent contractor
