For a renowned law firm in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Lawyer who wants to further develop within a professional and multidisciplinary environment.

You will join a team of specialized lawyers where you will be involved in diverse tax issues, both nationally and internationally. The practice combines in-depth tax expertise with a strong commercial and strategic approach, giving you the opportunity to manage cases independently and play an active role in the further development of the practice.

• Advising Belgian and international companies on complex tax issues, with a strong focus on corporate tax and international taxation
• Guiding national and cross-border restructurings, reorganizations, and other strategic transactions
• Advising on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and private equity transactions
• Supporting tax due diligence and identifying tax risks and opportunities
• Independently managing complex cases and acting as a point of contact for clients
• Collaborating with lawyers from other legal fields and contributing to the guidance and development of less experienced colleagues
• Master of Laws, supplemented with at least 8 years of relevant experience in tax law
• Strong expertise in Corporate Tax and International Tax, preferably supplemented with experience in M&A Tax and restructurings
• Experience with complex tax cases and independently advising Belgian and international clients
• An analytical, pragmatic, and commercially oriented approach
• Interest in guiding junior colleagues and further developing client relationships
• Excellent knowledge of English, supplemented with Dutch and/or French
