Job description
Seeking an Avaya Expert to monitor Avaya Workplace and related systems, handle disruptions, and support testing and customer issues.
Project overview
+ Monitoring of Avaya Workplace and connected systems
+ Processing of disruptions
+ Continuation and updating of user and administration documentation
+ Expansion of test cases including test steps and test scenarios
+ Support for test management
+ Release monitoring
+ Operational support for customer problems
+ Coordination of analysis and test teams in the area of problem management & documentation
+ Coordination and further processing of customer contacts and interface to support teams
+ Communication and ticket processing towards Avaya
Requirements
+ min. 5-10 years of experience with Avaya
+ Knowledge of Linux and networks
+ Have already carried out projects for large clients (industrial companies, insurance, bank)
