- Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in backend development with Python, FastAPI, and Django
- Very good knowledge of REST APIs, software architecture, and modern development standards
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker/container technologies, and Linux systems
- Confident handling of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ)
- Experience with CI/CD processes and GitLab pipelines
- Familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- High quality standards through clean code, SOLID, and code reviews
- Independent, analytical, and team-oriented way of working with a high degree of solution orientation
